I need to stave off the scurvy that's encroaching past its decent limits. I bought peaches the other day. Canned peaches. That's how bad it's getting. I should be eating the fruit in the dining halls, but I don't. I should eat in the dining halls more often, though, considering how much my parents are paying for me to eat. But right now, I'm eating spicy Ramen. Which, in my honest opinion, is a lot simpler and easier than going out in the downpour that is the Storrs campus this morning. I bought an umbrella today. I will not sit through another fifty minutes as a wet rat. Especially in Chemistry. Where I need to pay attention and not focus on how terrible and wet I feel.
Are comedians as funny in person as they are when they do shows? I was thinking about that today, while watching Comedy Central. What would Stephen Lynch say to Dane Cook if they met? Or Pablo Francisco? Would he use that ridiculous voice he uses to introduce movies in his show? Hmm. Probably not. I bet they're all fairly normal in alone. Or in pairs.
So, a few minutes ago, this British guy was talking about how you can describe being high in just about any way, and people will just take it. Of course, this is England he's talking about. But I still think it's really funny.
-"I feel six kinds of Wednesday."
-"Six kinds? That's a lot of Wednesday."

PABLO FRANCISCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had D.L. Hughly (who is on Comedy Central, too) do stand-up for our "freshmen welcome series" a week ago. He's definitely not as funny as on TV.
